1. Do not exceed the maximum operating pressure when using the tool
It is often the case that pneumatic tools work in environments that exceed operating pressures, and the life of the tool itself is greatly reduced.
2. When replacing the tool or accessory, first remove the pneumatic tool from the air source.
3. Do not wear loose clothing, scarves, ties or jewelry to avoid danger of being caught by moving or rotating parts.
4. When the pneumatic tool is connected to the high pressure air source, do not press the trigger when it is not in use.
5. At all times to ensure the condition of spare parts, loose parts can cause serious danger.
6. When replacing worn parts, use special spare parts.
7. Before use, check whether the air pressure tube is weak or damaged. If you find the above situation, please update it immediately to maintain safety. Tighten all nuts, screws, and make sure that all equipment is in a safe condition. There will be condensation of water in the compressed air, which can easily cause corrosion. Without proper lubrication, the life of pneumatic tools will be greatly reduced.
8. Do not disassemble the parts that need to be repaired or replaced when disassembling. Please be careful to avoid damage to the tools or parts. Do not allow impurities to enter.
9. Pneumatic tools need to be lubricated before and after use.
The air motor needs to be lubricated daily, but not too often. Before lubrication, remove the tool from the high pressure air source. Press down the trigger and add 3~5 drops of pneumatic tool special oil from the air inlet. Attach the tool to a high-pressure air source and rag or towel over the vent hood. Start the tool, positive, reverse each 20 to 30 seconds, when the high-pressure gas connected operation, the lubricant will be discharged from the rear exhaust hole.
10. Inspect trigger and safety mechanism to assure safe system is complete and functional: no loose and missing parts, no building or sticking parts.
